30 Second Offers is operated by Ariana's Future Corporation, an Arizona corporation doing business as Smart Money Culture, based in Phoenix, Arizona.
A seller who needs to move quickly usually gets one of two bad options: list with an agent and wait months while paying six percent out of the proceeds, or fill in a form on a cash-buyer site and get chased by callers who never put a number in writing. We thought the number should come first. So we built a system that prices a property against real comparable sales and county records and emails a complete purchase contract in about thirty seconds — before anyone calls you, and whether or not you ever answer the phone.
Most cash buyers have exactly one tool: a discounted cash price. We will also take over an existing mortgage and keep making the payments, or buy on terms where you carry the paper and we pay you monthly. A low-rate loan already on a property is worth real money, and those structures let us pay a good deal closer to what the property is actually worth. You see every structure we would do, priced side by side, and you choose.
Our parent brand, Smart Money Culture, is a financial-education television network reaching more than 9.5 million people across seven broadcast affiliates, with programming on real estate investing, business credit, and insurance claims. 30 Second Offers is the acquisitions arm of that business — the same company, at smartmoneyculture.tv.
We do not sell or share your contact information, and we never share a phone number with anyone for their marketing. We email you the offer you asked for. We text you only if you tick the box asking us to, ticking it is never required to get an offer, and one reply of STOP ends it permanently. The full detail is in our Privacy Policy.
The buyer named on every purchase contract is 30 Second Offer, LLC, an Arizona limited liability company and a subsidiary of Ariana's Future Corporation. So the company that signs the contract is not the same name as the one on this website, and we would rather you heard that from us than noticed it on page one of the document.
We are investors, not agents. We do not represent you and we owe you no fiduciary duty. Our offers are estimates from the information you give us, subject to title and a lender payoff. We may assign a contract to another buyer for a profit. Selling a property has serious legal and tax consequences and you should have an attorney or a housing counselor read anything before you sign it.
